To start your personalized order, we require a deposit. The deposit secures your spot in our queue and covers initial design work. The remaining balance will be due once your design is ready for completion or shipping.

• Deposit amount: Will be applied towards Total Price.
• Custom design process: After your deposit, we’ll work with you to finalize your design.
• Remaining balance: The balance will be due before your custom product is shipped. We’ll send you an invoice for the final payment once your design is ready for approval.

Please note: All deposits are non-refundable once production begins.
